Overland Expo West, the series’ flagship event that is historically held in mid-May, is now postponed to September 24-26, 2021 at Fort Tuthill County Park in Flagstaff, AZ. The postponement comes out of an abundance of caution, as event organizers strive to ensure the health and safety of fans, exhibitors, staff, and the surrounding Flagstaff community.
Overland Expo has released a set of COVID Safety Procedures designed to ensure the health and safety of attendees at upcoming events. We encourage everyone planning to attend any Overland Expo in 2021 to review these procedures and to be aware of the COVID health and safety protocols that will be implemented at all events.
Tickets and booth space for the 2021 event series will go on sale in mid-January. Event organizers plan for Overland Expo West to return to its traditional springtime date in May 2022.

CAN’T MAKE THE RESCHEDULED WEST DATES?
If you’ve already purchased your ticket, sponsorship, or booth space for West scheduled for May 2021 and you cannot attend the rescheduled September 24-26, 2021 event, we will transfer your registration or ticket to another 2021 event or offer a refund.
ATTENDEES
Ticketed West attendees may request a refund or choose to transfer to another event here. If you take no action before February 15, 2021, we will automatically roll your ticket into Overland Expo West, now scheduled for September 24-26, 2021.
Updated confirmation emails and tickets will be sent mid-February for attendees rolling their tickets to the September event.
EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS
Confirmed West sponsors and exhibitors who rolled registration funds from 2020 may request a refund, transfer, or any other booth space change by January 14, 2021. After this date, confirmed orders without change requests will automatically be confirmed into the same booth space and location at Overland Expo West, now scheduled for September 24-26, 2021. Revised order confirmations will be sent out in the coming weeks. For any exhibit space or sponsorship refunds, transfers, or order changes, please contact Shawn Parker, shawn@lodestoneevents.com.
For exhibitors and sponsors who did not roll registration funds from last year and instead received a refund on a 2020 order - or for any new clients interested in attending a 2021 event - Overland Expo will open booth registration for all 2021 events in mid-January. Booth selection for any of these orders will be assessed based on when the order is placed.
PRESENTERS & INSTRUCTORS
Presenters and instructor applications will not carry over from 2020. Please reapply once applications are open mid-January.
