It’s wellness in the wilderness. Wellderness promotes fitness, nature, nutrition, self-care and self-exploration. And there’s no better place to go experience it all than at Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Colorado. Wellderness will host a full weekend of activities and events where participants can partake in group fitness, meet outdoor experts, try new products, and have some fun.
Enjoy a scenic loop around Estes Lake and an out & back-up Fish Creek Road Trail. Chip timed. T-shirt, free entry into the Wellderness Expo, beer/drink at post race expo, and finisher medal included.
10K and 6K around Lake Estes on Saturday, June 1st. Wellness Expo following the event with expert panels, special guests speakers, including Jeremy Bloom, and live music and BBQ.
