Envy Snow Sports offers a new and unique ski binding for any skier who’s ever had problems wearing regular hard shell ski boots.
The Envy Ski Boot Frame allows downhill skiers to wear snowboard boots instead of traditional ski boots while maintaining the solid feel and reaction that a regular ski boot offers.
Company founder Chris Schroeder came up with the idea a few years ago after seeing his friends and family have to exit the slopes a lot sooner than expected because of foot pain and cold feet associated with wearing ski boots all day.
He didn’t experience the same problems while snowboarding in soft snowboard boots and thus was born the Envy Ski Frame.
The Envy Ski Frame is made from aircraft grade aluminum and high strength injection molded plastic. It features three ratcheting straps and one Velcro strap at the very top of the frame.
The aluminum base of the frame is adjustable to fit different boot sizes.
The Envy Ski Frames are available in different colors and as of spring 2019, there is a Men’s Medium size and a Women’s Small size, with a size large coming out later this year.
The Envy Ski Frame is compatible with any laced or single BOA snowboard boot from top manufactures such as; Salomon, Burton, K2, DC, and Ride.
There is no specific boot the frame, so it is easy to switch from snowboarding to skiing. This also allows you to find your perfect skiing comfort.
Envy Ski Frames are also available for demo at over 30 retail locations nationwide.
